Arriesgado Tequila Blanco 750ml

Arriesgado Blanco is a bold, complex unaged tequila from Amatitán, Jalisco — made from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at seven years of maturity, cooked in a wood-fired clay oven, and milled using a traditional canoe and mallet tahona before double distillation. Bottled at 48% ABV with no aging, it delivers far more complexity than a typical blanco. Intense cooked agave, mint, menthol, grapefruit, black pepper, and light smoke on the nose. The palate leads with sweet roasted agave and bright citrus before a distinct peppery heat and long, mineral finish. Best enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a bold, pepper-forward Margarita or Paloma.
