Arriesgado Reposado is crafted in an ancestral style from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at seven years of maturity, cooked in a wood-fired clay oven, milled with a traditional canoe and mallet tahona, and aged three months in French oak barrels. Bottled at 47% ABV, it delivers depth over sweetness — butter, agave honey, caramel, grapefruit, and light wet earth on the nose, with cooked agave, vanilla, oak, and a hint of jasmine on the palate. The finish is spicy and complex with a distinctive olive note that lingers. Rich, oily texture and incredibly versatile behind the bar — holds up to citrus, spice, herbs, smoke, and cacao without getting lost.
