Fermented entirely with whole clusters and native yeast, the wine developed over a long maceration using gentle extraction techniques to preserve elegance and aromatic complexity. Aged for 19 months in 20% new French oak, it offers a refined balance of red fruit, savory depth, and fine tannins. With 274 cases produced, Codex is a considered and expressive interpretation of the vintage.
