Maxtone Woven Blanket – Scottish Clan Crest

The bee at the centre of the Maxtone blanket gives this Scottish design a charm of its own. Its outstretched wings contrast with the red, green and blue tartan background, framed by the family name and a short Latin motto.

Made from 100% cotton yarn, this premium heirloom-quality woven blanket has a textured finish and soft fringed edges. The design is woven into the fabric rather than printed on its surface, with inverted colours on the reverse.

Motto in the design

Providus Esto — “Be provident.”

A distinctive Maxtone keepsake for a family home, or a gift for someone who will appreciate that small but memorable bee.
